In 1997 Clara and some friends created “Septieme SenS”, a dance collective which rapidly earns recognition in Paris and throughout France.

Then she spends 3 months in New York in 1999, where she attends intensive house and hip hop workshops delivered by the acclaimed Brian “Footwork” Green, Shannon “Which Way”, Shan S, Marjory...at the infamous Fazil and Broadway Dance Center. In the States, Clara also finds out more about the cultural background and origins of the house and hip hop movement which fascinates her to this day!

Upon her return to Paris, she is invited to tour worldwide as part of a show called “The Art of Urban Dance” which features Storm (one of the pioneers of bboying in Europe). Thus, she performs in Europe, Asia and Middle East and discovers that HIP HOP has its place on a main stage just as much as any other forms of dance or art.

Since then, Clara has appeared in many productions, videos, danced alongside many famous French and international artists , dancers/choreographers and has become an active choreographer/dancer admired for her athletic abilities, versatility, originality and above all the passion that she is able to share and transmit through her performances and workshops.

She had her first taste of London in 2005 but it is a year later that she decides to settle there in order to fulfil her ambition: promote House dance, its ethos, values and its culture and develop it as one of the leading dance styles in the UK and ultimately Europe.
